Support for the homeless and victims of domestic abuse over Christmas

SUPPORT is available for residents who need a safe place to stay this Christmas.

Copeland Council is urging residents who find themselves homeless, at risk of homelessness or suffering from domestic abuse to come forward.

Early intervention is key for those at risk of homelessness with council staff able to provide the help and support needed to prevent residents becoming homeless.

Copeland Council's Christmas arrangements and key contact numbers

COPELAND Borough Council will be closed to the public – other than for emergency matters - from 5pm on Wednesday, December 23.

Officers will be available to handle all enquiries again from 9am on Monday, January 4.

Please be reminded that all Copeland’s Council’s offices remain closed to the public due to the Covid-19 pandemic, and that its officers are available by phone or email, up to December 23 and after January 4.
