The Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarm (Amendment) Regulations 2022
New regulations on smoke and carbon monoxide alarms may come into force in October 2022, affecting both private and social landlords. They include new measures to ensure residents are protected from the risks of fire and carbon monoxide in their homes.
