Copeland Viability Assessment

Copeland Stage 2 Viability Assessment.  This assessment informs and supports the policies and the proposed site allocations in the Copeland Local Plan 2021-2038.  It builds upon the stage 1 assessment to consider the initial viability of proposed development sites in Copeland, both in terms of initial construction and abnormal costs and also Local Plan policy requirements.  The reports is currently in draft to allow for comments and feedback alongside the Local Plan Publication Draft Consultation.
