A town council for Whitehaven?

Would you like to see a town council for Whitehaven, or perhaps even two? We are looking into whether this would be a better way of delivering some services. Currently Whitehaven and Sandwith are the only areas of Copeland not to have a town or parish council.
We'd like your views and we've put together lots of information to help you decide. Go to our Community Governance Review page to find out more, and take part in our survey.
