To qualify for larger bins, your household must have one of the following:
Six or more permanent residents
Five permanent residents including one under the age of five
Four permanent residents including two under the age of five
Someone with a medical condition which produces non-infectious clinical waste

The provision of Discounted Sale properties and the restrictions on their sales are secured through Section 106 planning obligations with housing developers. A Section 106 planning obligation is a legal document used to, among other things, set out the procedures which must be followed during the sale of a discounted sale property. If anyone buys a discounted sale property in breach of the 106-planning obligation the council can enforce the terms of the agreement by way of an injunction.
Low Cost Home Ownership
Low-Cost Home Ownership (LCHO) describes a form of intermediate housing which bridges the gap between social rent and open market properties. LCHO has many forms including shared ownership, shared equity and discounted sale.
Shared ownership
All postal and proxy voters must make a written application to the Electoral Registration Officer for their voting area, providing their date of birth and, with the exception of those who are unable to sign in a consistent manner, a sample of their signature. These signatures and dates of birth are stored securely for electoral purposes and are known as “personal identifiers”.
