LISTED BUILDING CONSENT FOR WORKS ASSOCIATED TO CONVERT EXISTING PROPERTY TO A RETAIL SPACE FOR THE SALE OF ART AND CRAFTS PRODUCED BY LOCAL ARTISTS. EXISTING PEWS WITHIN THE BUILDING RE-POSITIONED TO CREATE AN OPEN SPACE WITHIN THE BUILDING. 6NO. STALLS FOR THE SALE OF ART AND CRAFTS WILL BE CREATED USING FREESTANDING SCREENS. ADDITIONALLY, FREESTANDING SCREENS WILL BE USED TO CREATE A STORAGE SPACE (MAINLY FOR THE STORAGE OF UNUSED PEWS) AND AN OFFICE SPACE. A NEW DISABLED ACCESS TOILET WILL CREATED.
