COPELAND Council has the made the following arrangements for the coming bank holiday on Monday, May 3.

All household waste, recycling and garden waste collections will take place one day later than normal that week (including a Saturday collection for those who would ordinarily be collected on Friday, May 7).

Residents can find out when their next collection will be at www.copeland.gov.uk.   

The council’s out-of-hours emergency number for issues relating to homelessness and domestic abuse support is 01946 598300.
