COPELAND Council is hosting a series of events to promote mutual understanding between cultures.
The 12 sessions are for women from a range of backgrounds, cultures and countries. The aim is to improve their well-being and confidence, and help those new to Copeland to settle in.
Activities will include dance, art, fitness, craft and cookery.
Copeland's Portfolio Holder for Social Inclusion, Coun Andy Pratt, said: "These sessions are for women of all cultures and they are an opportunity for integration, friendship and the sharing of cultures.
