Revamp for Egremont Main Street

EGREMONT is to see several areas along its main street spruced up under a new scheme.
Copeland Borough Council, working with Egremont Town Council, is commissioning upgrades including new benches and planters, and the refurbishment of some existing street furniture.
The improvements have been funded by the council, Sellafield Ltd, and the UK Shared Prosperity Fund. There was also an enabling grant from Copeland Community Fund to support the initial designs.
