| Copeland Interim Housing Policy May 2017 |
On the 9th May 2017, Copeland Borough Council announced that it could not demonstrate a five-year supply of housing sites. To support and encourage sustainable development in the short term the Council adopted an interim housing policy. As of 26th November 2020 the Council is now able to demonstrate a five year supply of deliverable sites as shown in the Five Year Supply 2020 document. The Interim Housing Policy is therefore no longer up-to-date and has been revoked. |
