| Copeland SHLAA - final August 2013 |
The Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment has now been completed and the final report is being circulated to interested parties for comment. Note that this is an evidence base document designed to show that the Borough has enough developable land to meet its needs; decisions as to which sites are allocated for development will be made in the Site Allocation phase of the new Local Plan or LDF, on which the public debate will begin early next year.
