Procurement
We are committed to ensuring our commercial arrangements and contracts are fit for purpose, offer excellent value for money and ensure our procurement expenditure provides the best possible social value for our residents, businesses and tax payers. This is outlined in our latest Procurement and Contract Management Strategy.

Supplying goods and services to the council
We advertise our opportunities on ProContract (also known as The Chest), which is the North West’s Local Authority e-procurement portal provided by Proactis.
If you are not already registered to use the portal and are interested in any future opportunities with the council, please register at https://procontract.due-north.com/register. Registration is completed by Proactis, so any queries regarding the registration process or the system should be raised directly at https://www.the-chest.org.uk/SupplierSupport.html
