Difficulty paying your invoice

Please contact sundrydebts@copeland.gov.uk if you are having difficulty paying the amount outstanding. An arrangement to repay the amount over a number of months may be offered.

Debt advice may be sought from Citizen's Advice in person at Unit 7-8 Tangier Buildings, Gregg S Lane, Whitehaven CA28 7UH, or by calling 01946 693321.

If you dispute the invoice or the amount, please contact the relevant person by using either the telephone or email address shown on the front of your invoice.

E-billing

We are able to send your invoices by e-mail - please contact sundrydebts@copeland.gov.uk with your details and we will arrange this for you. This is a quick, easy and secure way to receive your invoices and we would encourage you to set this up as soon as you are able.
