Arranging an inspection

Once approval has been given or a building notice accepted, you will receive an inspection regime that lists the construction stages for which we require notification and can subsequently arrange inspection.

The inspection regime will be made up of notifications, which are a fundamental requirement in order to receive a completion certificate. The inspections required can vary depending on nature of the project and application type (Building Notices generally require more inspections than Full Plan applications).

Once a stage is reached that requires notification, you can contact the office on 01946 598409 and arrange an inspection at a convenient time for you and ourselves.  We usually require 24 hours notice however same day inspection requests can be made before 10am.
