Plans, drawings and materials submitted to the Council are protected by the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (Section 47). You may only download or print material for consultation or inspection purposes. Further copies must not be made without the prior permission of the copyright owner (the applicant/agent/architect) otherwise, you will be in breach of copyright. You may, however, make copies of the decision notice provided the copies are not altered in any way.
Reporting errors
If you have any reason to suspect that the information is incorrect, please contact us immediately by email at development.control@copeland.gov.uk so that the matter can be investigated and any corrections made as soon as reasonably practical.
