Copeland Annual Monitoring Reports
The Annual Monitoring Report (AMR) reviews the effectiveness of planning policies and sets out the Council’s progress towards achieving the objectives set out in the Local Plan. This information allows the Council to identify which policies are performing as intended and whether any need to be reviewed.
The Council has produced a five year Annual Monitoring Report covering the period from 1st April 2014 until 31st March 2019

Developer Obligations

Brownfield Register
The Government has introduced a new requirement which came into force in April 2017 for all Local Authorities to prepare a Brownfield Land Register. The Council has a requirement to prepare and publish the Brownfield Land Register by 31st December 2017. The Brownfield Land Register has now been published and can be viewed using the link below.
