We aim to publish data on the last working day of the month following the expenditure.
This data includes all individual invoices, grant payments, expense payments or other such transactions that are over £500. We publish this data on a monthly basis as part of our normal procedures.
Certain payments, for example to some private individuals, will be redacted under the Freedom of Information and Data Protection Act. The Freedom of Information Act exempts certain information, such as personal information, information withheld for security reasons and court records, from publication.
We will not publish:
- Payments of less than £500
- Banking Investments
- Parish precepts
- Election staff payments
- Salary advances
- Refunds of Council Tax and Non Domestic Rates
- Member allowances
- Payments relating to employee remuneration
- Benefits payments
The data files will be available in two formats:
Comma-separated values (CSV) and Portable document format (PDF)
If a report is revised at a later date, the previous version will remain available for viewing in addition to the revised version.
