The Copeland area has a range of properties available for business, with premises of varying size and for different levels of use.

Frizington is a former mining village north wast of Cleator Moor on the main road between Egremont (to the south) and Cockermouth - about 10 miles inland from the coast.  With a population of around 1700 it has a long main street which houses an array of small shops and businesses as well as a small industrial estate.

Frizington Road
A small rural site to the south of the village of Frizington, close to the main settlements of Whitehaven, Workington and the Sellafield industrial complex. There are a number of small units on the site and approximately 1 hectare of employment land is still undeveloped.
