This work will be completed during the next few weeks but until then, the Adopted Plan exists as a series of documents, which should be approached as follows: </p> <h3>2nd Deposit Version </h3> <p> This is the definitive pre-Inquiry text on which all the subsequent changes and modifications have been based. Any changes to the Proposals Map are incorporated in an additional set of black and white maps alongside these Modifications.</p> <ul> <li>View the <a href="Copeland-Local-Plan_Proposed-Modifications.htm" title="Proposed Modifications">Proposed Modifications</a></li> </ul> <p>(NB. The modifications are based on the 2nd Deposit text and running order except for Sections 4.2 and 4.3 of the Housing Chapter where an Inquiry change, Ref. IC001, is the base text. </p> <p>Also that reference numbers in the Proposed Modifications are based on the Inspector's Report but local plan paragraph and policy numbers are fairly obvious within this approach.)</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Copies of the documents which make up the Adopted Plan are available for inspection at the following places during normal office hours:</p> <ul> <li>The Copeland Centre, Catherine Street, Whitehaven, Cumbria CA28 7SJ<br /> and </li> <li>The Millom Council Centre, St. Georges Road, Millom, Cumbria LA18 4DD </li> </ul> <p>The plan came into operation on 6th June 2006.
