Copeland's Contracts and Property Section deals with the
management and maintenance of the Council’s land and property
portfolio. Property maintenance is currently undertaken by three
contractors (building, electrical and mechanical) through measured
term contracts.
The Council has a limited portfolio of property for operational
use, and for investment and community use. Council owned land and
property is continually renewed and offered for sale or lease. Detailed information about sales at

Parks; Kells;
Whitehaven;
and Frizington.
An active Asset
Management Plan and Capital Strategy is operated in accordance
