Housing Service Standards
After consulting with its customers and other partners the
Housing Services Team has written a set of standards on its
performance that you can expect from it.
You can either print these off from the link below, or if you do
not have access to a printer then please contact us at the
Copeland Centre and we will be glad to send you a copy.
In future we will be publishing information on how we are
performing against these standards and would welcome your views on
these standards or on our performance in general.
