Tattooing/Skin piercing registrations

Acupuncture; electrolysis; ear or body piercing and tattooing require a registration licence before they can practice in the borough - offering any of these treatments to the public without an appropriate licence is against the law.

You can download the registration forms you need from this page, or you can contact us and we will post them out to you. For further advice on personal treatment licences or any other aspect of health and safety, please contact us.

 

Application forms for these licences can be downloaded by clicking on the relevant link below. The form can then be printed off, filled in and sent (along with fee payment if required) to the relevant officer.
