NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is given that Edward Patrick Toole has applied to Copeland Borough Council Licensing Authority to vary the Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.

The proposed variation is:

To permit the sale by retail of alcohol and opening from 09.00 Monday to Sunday inclusive.

 

 

 

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Clinton Boyce, Legal Services Manager, Corporate Resources Department, Copeland Borough Council, The Copeland Centre, Catherine Street, Whitehaven, Cumbria, CA28 7SJ. Representations must be received no later than 5th November, 2013.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale(£5000)
