Penalty charge notices (PCNs) are issued for parking offenses on car parks that we own or manage.

Penalty charge notices (PCN) are issued to a motorist appearing to be in charge of a vehicle that we believe was contravening our Traffic Regulation Order (TRO – Bylaw regulation) that are in force within our car parks.

Please note that we do not issue or enforce penalty charge notices for on-street parking offenses.

If you have been issued with a PCN please do not ignore it. Upon receipt, you have two options available – pay it or challenge it.

The Penalty Charge will be reduced by 50% if payment is made within 14 days of issue. After this point, the full amount will become due.
